Little off the beaten path here, but this is pretty great. The whole soundtrack is, but especially the open and The Mutant (the "Open your miiiind" scene). Some of the commenters were saying that only a few orchestras in the world could properly play this. Goldsmith was a genius.

It's a shame things didn't work out with Jake E Lee because he was really fantastic.

He never really got another chance to shine (After Ozzy) except briefly with Badlands. He's doing Red Dragon Cartel which isn't bad but it would've been awesome to see him with some heavy hitters. At one point, Motley Crue was considering replacing Mick with him which might have been interesting although they still would've had Vince Meal on vocals.

Wow I didn't know that, that definitely would have been interesting but yeah I'm not sure that's a good mix anyway.

He absolutely was a legend.

Just look at this shit:

Planet of the Apes
The Omen
Logan's Run
Alien
Star Trek I, II, III
Poltergeist
First Blood
Gremlins
Basic Instinct

And themes from shows like The Waltons, Barnaby Jones, Police Story and Star Trek TNG.
