If he found him some coach that was soft in the head, they would be on one year incentive deals with pay tied to W/L percentage.

When he fired Wade in 2010, he had to pay him through 2011, so somewhere along the line Jerry got uber cheap or spooked.

I wouldn't be surprised if they floated the stuff about Dorsey being in the OC mix as a tip of the hat with the hope being that they bring him in as a QB coach/"passing game coordinator" type. It'd make sense with the OC being focused on the run game/OL.

In terms of the OC spot, QB/passing game whatever spot, or both?

I really like the possible Adams hire and what it represents for how they view the structure of the offense, Dorsey I'm indifferent towards but he was a fringe HC candidate 2-3 years ago so it can't be that bad.
