I thought he did a shit ton with minimal talent with the Colts. I like him as a defensive coordinator. I'm not a fan at all as a head coach.

So basically I think it's a good hire for D-coordinator. Colts defense was among the best in run defense during his time. Ranked top 10 in turnovers created each of the 4 seasons he was there. Were top 10 in scoring defense 3 of the 4 years.

So yeah, he did a really good job as a defensive coordinator. I think he will do a really good job here.

1 year 22 mil was is “prove it” contract price… that is way out of Jerry’s stratosphere. Jerry will only pay three players that, maximum, and maybe that’s realistic TBH.
