Wait, why the hell did we go for 2? Weren't we down 14?
Hopefully Cooper Rush the Eagles killer starts next week.
It'd be interesting to see something different.
It will say what all of us have been saying all along. That we wasted a 4th round pick.If Dak can't play and they go with anyone other than Lance, that would say quite a lot.
You are still watching games?Unneccesary roughing penalty
Not with this offense. It's honestly a miracle we made the one.Chances are you'll convert one of two 2pters.
This is actually a good reason.Furthermore, with backup QB and Lamb hurt, chances you win in OT are not good, so you're willing to try to win it in regulation
I didnt see the Movietime Chatter Thread | The Patriot | 11/2/2024You are still watching games?
I am watching Mel Gibson be awesome in The Patriot.
Might be time to become a Pats fan.

Be as it may, if you think chances are a miracle for converting a 2-yard 2pter, then it's still a better miracle chance stringing together 7-play, 50 yard drive in OT.Not with this offense. It's honestly a miracle we made the one.
I get it if the argument is that you want to win it now and not go to OT.Now, this depends on your point of view, but missing a second straight 2pter (even though the first attempt has no effect on conversion of the 2nd attempt) is supposedly unlikely enough to make it worth it to have a chance to win in regulation.
As long as you get the argument. Up to you if you believe in it. I strongly disagreed with 49ers analytics to accept the ball in Super Bowl OT, even with the tired defense explanation.I get it if the argument is that you want to win it now and not go to OT.
But I don't buy that the 2PT is that much of a sure thing.
I believe that if you do make this huge comeback, all the momentum is on your side. You are feeling great and the other team is feeling down. I realize that the analytics people don't believe in momentum, but I say that anyone who has played sports knows it's real. This isn't like flipping a coin or pulling a lever on a gambling machine.
