"does not lack for personnel to compete with the NFL’s top teams."
Funny. Most of us were expecting the anal violation.
Now I want footage of him during and after this debacle. You all have been a bunch of debbie downers this week. You all just need to get fired up!!
What did you expect? Admitting the roster is trash would require him to admit that he and Stephen dropped the ball and didn't do their jobs this offseason."does not lack for personnel to compete with the NFL’s top teams."
Jesus Christ I hate this man.
"All over it" as in all over the Turpin a full second before the ball arrived. Should've been a PI call. Wouldn't have mattered much in the grand scheme of things but still pretty inexcusable for refs to blow such an obvious call in what was billed as the marquee game of the day.

Exactly. That's why the coach is always the scapegoat, because it can't possibly be the beautiful roster of players Jerry put together. They're great. What did you expect? Admitting the roster is trash would require him to admit that he and Stephen dropped the ball and didn't do their jobs this offseason.
And things will stay this way until the Joneses let go of their antiquated philosophy regarding coach hires. The Cowboys will continue to be a step or two behind when it comes to innovation because Jerry values "experienced" coaches over young creative thinking.Literally nothing is open, sweet play design.
The roster isn't elite, but it's not terrible either, the coaching on both sides of the ball has ranged from average to horrific.
Yea I didn't hate the McCarthy hire but it was a bit uninspiring, I actually was a pretty big proponent of Campbell who was hired during that cycle as well. I don't think he's "innovative" necessarily, and it's arguable whether he would be as effective here, but they need to think more outside the box.And things will stay this way until the Joneses let go of their antiquated philosophy regarding coach hires. pervI'm not opposed to a young guy at all
I'd complain about a Belichick hire. I get it, his resume is GOAT material but all I saw after Brady left was an old coach who looked out of touch with today's NFL.If they hire Belichick I don't think you can really complain about that, he's the GOAT HC, but in lieu of that it absolutely has to be a coordinator hire and not a retread.
