If I heard his speech right, I didn’t appreciate it and don’t think it’s a proper message.

I thought I heard him say “If Donald Trump doesn’t win in November, we become totally unhinged.”.

I don’t know if I heard him right or not.

He's had Covid before and stayed on the job. If he left, Covid would be a pretext. The real reason would be his brain.

I believe that's what he said, but I'm guessing it's worded poorly. My guess is he means due to the disastrous policies of Biden administration. Not that people are going to riot or whatever.
