He's not really good though. I know there's not much available right now and I do agree we could use another WR, but I don't see the point here.

I'd much much rather kick tires on a RB if we're doing anything.

I agree with @Chocolate Lab , this may be a favor to a former player.

Yea and he's about as good as Gallup post-injury, and maybe even slightly better. I think that's the crux of it.
