I'd be surprised if he went for anything more than a 4th like we gave up for Lance. It's a similar situation. Maybe not even that because teams tend to be more reluctant to trade picks around draft time.

Yeah I mean if you have to start one today you feel better about Fields. But you also sort of know what you have there. Lance has way more unknown about him because the few times he has played he got hurt.

Yeah my brother in law who isn't even a football fan. Or at least he never was went to that game with his wife. We were like, why in the hell would someone who wasn't even a Chiefs fan subject themselves to those weather conditions. Of course they were decked out in Chiefs gear that they probably purchased the week or two before. Never underestimate how many people suddenly become fans when a team is good.

If anybody gets frostbite at all in those conditions, much less to the point of where they might lose a finger or toe, then the only cause is retardation. I'd imagine these fucking idiots were not dressed for the weather, or even worse, were some of the idiots that try to get on TV by taking clothes off and going bare chested or whatever. Fucking morons.
Every single winter, there are THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of people that work 10+hours a day in weather colder than that and don't get frostbite. Oilfield workers. Ranchers. Construction. Etc... The temp for that game barely dropped below zero. Is that cold? Sure. But it's not a dangerous temp to be in for three hours if you are DRESSED APPROPRIATELY and not a drooling moron.
These fucking clowns have nobody to blame but themselves.

My cousin is a veteran who got into the oilfield and used to work outside in those exact conditions out in your neck of the woods.
He did that for a good 4 years before he relocated back down here.
He told me it's the coldest he's ever been in just life but yet he never got anything like frostbite or anything else from being in those extreme conditions.
Like you said, it all just comes down to idiocy.
