Jimmy was insanely driven during his tenure here. Every aspect of his life was oriented to the job and his plans for success. Family, kids and wives were secondary and came after his priorities with football. And he expected the same singular focus from his players.

I still remember at his opening PC, he publicly said something to his girlfriend to the effect of, "Rhonda, you won't be seeing much of me anymore" or something along those lines. Pretty harsh. But that's how dedicated guys were back then.
