I think Al has lost a little bit, but he's still good. It may be that Prime and most Thursday night games feel pretty spare and it's hard to muster up as much enthusiasm. I do love how he's about the only guy left who doesn't overpraise every game and player like it's the best of all time.

But two things I forgot or didn't know from that NY Post article... One, a playoff game is on Peacock only? That really sucks. And two, that Noah Eagle is taking Al's place? Without looking, I'm guessing that's Ian Eagle's son or something? Is NBC the all-time Nepotism King of networks?
