Gotta give credit where credit's due, to the team and the believers. I've dumped on them when they came up limp. Only fair to acknowledge when they were more than equal to the task.
It might be time for you to consider letting ole Jer back into your heart. This ride might just be going somewhere special .

One thing I didn't know about Ferg is the way he can snatch the ball out of the air away from his body like a good WR. He did it on that TD catch against Seattle where the ball wasn't where he first expected it, too. Not that many TEs have that ability.

I need to see the ALL-22 regarding that fake punt. It's like Tolbert immediately took off downfield at the snap.

I'm not 100% certain on this but I think if the Eagles lose one more, we'd win the division if we beat the Bills/Dolphins/Skins to finish 13-4, even with a loss to the Lions.

Basically that Lions game might not mean a whole lot, although I don't think they have any real shot at winning in Dallas considering how average they've looked as of late.
From what I understand, next week's eagles vs Seahawks is VERY important to us. Right now, they hold the edge because of our loss to the Cardinals. Their different loss was to the Jets, so they hold the edge in conference records.

BUT... If they lose to the Seahawks, (or even to the giants or redskins) we could afford to drop one more to either the Bills or Dolphins. Because then we'd have the same amount of conference losses, and the tie breaker would move down the list, where we hold all the cards.

  1. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).
  2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
  3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
  4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
  5. Strength of victory in all games.
  6. Strength of schedule in all games
  7. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed in all games.
  8. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed in all games.
  9. Best net points in common games.
  10. Best net points in all games.
  11. Best net touchdowns in all games.
  12. Coin toss
They have us right now with #4. But we own all the tie breakers below that. So... GO SEAHAWKS!

Originally I didn't give the Seachickens much of a chance, but in a great twist of fate, the Shegirls have to play them at their house, and I think the Seabirds are still able to find a way into the playoffs, if I am not mistaken. If they play even remotely like they did here, the Seahawks could walk away with a win.
