That would be odd. And I really don't know why it would be appealing. He already knows the deal with the franchise and how the degree of difficulty is much greater in Dallas than literally anywhere else.

He has improved the Chargers' offensive situation dramatically in just a few games, it is noticeable.

With the dork Staley as the HC, he could easily stay there and continue to work with Herbert.
