When I worked for Georgia Pacific, they wanted to install all kinds of security shit on mine. I had to politely ask, if they were going to start paying the bill, to which they replied no, we will not. lol Didn't work out for em.

We have an associate who has clearly demonstrated an inability to work safe.

She (confirmed) has eight recorded safety violations that have been held against her. She has repeatedly put both herself and others in literal mortal peril with incidents that clearly show carelessness.

The corrective action process is pure. Short conversation. Policy, nothing personal but okbai.

However, as I was ready to drop the hammer, she goes all into how all y'all gonna pay uh huh just my manager raped me and I has tha proof.

I felt like my life was ending...I am in fucking hell.

After nearly two hours of hysterics, I am still disgusted.
