I haven't bought anything or had anything bought for me for several years now. Wouldn't buy any cowboys stuff for anyone. Its really not that hard to do. Plenty of other things to spend money on.

I don't appreciate being lumped in with hipsters.

I've made my choice and will continue to do so. I used to buy the 1st round picks jerseys every year and always bought hats & t-shirts for myself and brothers at Christmas. And then I realized that the GM of the Cowboys was spending his time promoting the marketing of the team. That's fine if you're the owner, but this is the GM. This guy was supposed to be making my team better.

Not doing it to be hip...I just don't believe that you keep pumping money into a system that is broken.

That's not going to happen with the Cowboys. As long as Jones is breathing he will do things his way. And yes it is about records. That is the measuring stick for fans. Let's do a little exercise. Is the purpose to this entire discussion to determine a method to get Jones to change his approach so the team can improve their record? I think yes.
