But ultimately is that any better than Cox/Hargrave of the last few years?

Probably not and they likely won't even be as good overall.
I doubt they are as good overall but we will see. I've become a bit skeptical of Georgia defenders. They definitely have stellar athletic traits though.

I think they are overrated and the Eagles put too many eggs in that basket for less gain than they thought.
I think they'll be good players but at the end of the day the best case scenario is that these guys are simply 1:1 replacements for guys like Cox, Hargrave and Graham, all of whom will be gone within about 12 months, with Hargrave obviously already being gone.

So I don't think it's some massive upgrade and it's also going to take these guys time to get to that level, if they ever do.

Y'all can say the guy is overrated, but I think you are compensating.

Any of us would trade the entire Jones family for him in a heartbeat.

Howie has made them Super Bowl contenders while we are still pretending.

What I wish is that we could take McClays drafting skills combined with the Eagles draft pick acquisition skills.

Yea we've drafted better than the Eagles since things changed in 2014, where they've gotten us is in free agency and trades because in large part we've done literally nothing there.

Until this year of course, blessedly.

That's a specious argument.

I would trade the entire Jones family for YOU.

Or 2 random derelicts in the NY subway for that matter.

I think the Eagles look like doughy, harmless fucks, so people make these trades with them.

They’d never do that with the Joneses because the Cowboys are so famous if the trade backfires you’ll never hear the end of it.

I can’t believe the Eagles still have an extra 2nd round pick next year from all that bullshit

There are a number of players, perhaps all of them, that I would trade the entire Jones family for.

I mean, our game vs the 49ers was largely one-sided so I think Deebo is overrating his team a bit.

If not for Dak literally playing the worst game of his life, we win that game comfortably.

His 2 picks where the only reason why the 49ers even had points for the first 40 or so minutes of the game.

We should have won that game and should have done so by 2 scores then gone on to Philly.

You have to sign a big contract to get a comp pick. Based on the way RB signings go it's all going to depend how healthy he is next year and if anyone is willing to sign him to a good sized contract. Miles Sanders signed for what, like 6 mil a year? And that was for a guy coming off 1200-1300 rushing yards at 26 years old. We will see what Swift does but he has maxed out at like 600 yards rushing at this point in his career.
