I think intros and outros for now. Let's save the fancy/annoying shit for later, once we have gotten it down a little more.
You just don't wanna get fozzie'd, do you?

How do I listen to this?
Good point, it was kinda silly to bury it in this thread.

I've started a new one with the podcast featured.

I don't know if we'll add video, but will definitely implement some bells and whistles.

Recording an hour long show presented more challenges than the short tests we've run over the last few weeks.
There are some that say video is more popular and in particular if income is a consideration. Others say that video is a distraction to guests. If no guests then video is preferred. It’s a mixed bag.

Will most definitely have real intros next time. Once you hear them a bit you'll be able to distinguish.

Are you saying we should all be secretly rooting for Kincaid?

He could be our injury-risk 2nd rounder.
A round table introduction from each person would help to identify the voice with the username.

Just heard it. Who doesn’t know where we are choosing in the first?…

Yeah, I mean to me at least podcasts are something you usually listen to in a car. I don't really understand the advantage to video as a listener unless like in this instance you're going to be showing clips of the players or something like that. If you're just watching guys sit there and talk, the video component seems to lack a point. But hey, give the people what they want I say.

Like I said, I say we hold off on the video for now.

No offense but none of you are hot 20 something females, I doubt it will help to have video. Of course I don’t generally care for podcasts.

The one advantage that I would say you could see is it's a bit easier to recognize who is talking and when you're in a group of like 4 people you can see when someone else is about to talk.

Yeah, but there is a ton of bandwidth that has to be considered if we go with video.

Yeah, and then you deal with all new technical issues too. I've done enough video court to see that it rarely goes off without a hitch. You'd hate to be recording something for an hour and then realize that the stuff couldn't upload correctly because of the file size or internet dropping speeds.

Not sure what you mean here...
Someone when talking about trading down to a team that wants a falling QB (24:24). Seemed to lose track of where we are picking in the first. Probably just caught up in the moment.

I think I was the one who mentioned that, didn't realize I got the draft slot wrong...good catch.

With just voice it may be good for each participant to have a very short intro say 4 or 5 seconds maximum. There are literally thousands to choose from. The intro, voice and name would stick with the individuals. They can go to several sites to find on they like and it’s their partial identifier.

That's one thing, but it is also nice to be able to see someone's reaction to what's being discussed. It also gives you something to look at while you're listening to the discussion. I know some people listen in their car but a lot of people don't. Video is far superior.
