What NFL game is 2 1/2 hours? Why do people think this is a good thing at the expense of artificially altering the game?

NFL games have way too many commercial breaks.

I would love it if they cut just 20% of that out.

My only complaint is that there's no time in-between the pitches to do anything. I watched a little bit of the Yankee game yesterday and there was barely any time to show a replay, much less from different angles.

We had the Mets-Cardinals game on in my office and they jut finished a game that had 19 combined runs in 2 hours 59 minutes.

I wasn't too bothered by not having as many replays.
