No it is raft. At least that is what folks say it here. I heard someone say it this weekend. Ration of Shit, is Highbrow, no one would around here would say it like that, although it would make more sense.
 
I've never heard raft of shit. If it's a Pennsylvania expression, I'd guess it's regionalized to the boondocks where you live. :unsure
 
As an aside, my stepfather often used the "ration of shit" expression when I was growing up.

Except I thought he was saying "rash and a shit." I found it to be a strange and confusing expression.
 
Maybe it's hard for them to say "ration" with a harelip. :unsure

It could be, but we had a big discussion about it one day, and they insisted it was a raft of shit.

Positive it isn't ration. Never had anyone with a hair lip say it in front of me. Lots of mush mouth folks though, so you may have a point.
