Tells me it is happening in WA as well, and this senator might be trying to stay ahead of it to cover her own ass or others.
 
I don't understand the argument. Are they trying to say that these daycares that are getting millions in funds without actually having any kids somehow isn't fraud?

I think right now they are still in denial mode. Just a bunch of white boys targeting these particular daycares because of racism and stuff.

Someone pointed out earlier, I think it was Senator Kennedy, even if they are legit, why are Somalis getting free childcare when there are plenty of middle class Americans who need it far worse.
