Going back to the tomato gravy. Who else is a texture based eater?
The tomato gravy just isn’t smooth like regular gravy and kind of weirds me out.

I can’t stand apple pie or most fruit that has been cooked because it changes the consistency. Apple pie specifically because it just feels slimy most of the time. If the apples are crisp then it is edible but that is rarely the case.

Most squash, clams, organ meats, coconut, and water chestnuts are other things I don’t care for due to texture not necessarily taste.

Even if he did you don't go that way from Lubbock.
I figured that, so thats why I specifically mentioned the I35 interstate. So he could say, 'I didnt travel on I35'. Alas, nary a word to that effect.

my daughter is like that. For me, stuff like avocado is a weird texture, slimy. Okra is slimy too.

Fried okra isn't slimy, and is actually the only way I will eat okra.
