Got a baked one in the oven and I'm about to fry this other bad boy outside in 45 degree weather while I down some brews.

Just cooking a turkey breast, not a whole bird...we don't really eat dark meat. I know frying them is the rage now, but baking a turkey in the over makes the house smell glorious.

My mom's baked turkey is awesome.

We need two turkey's to feed this clan so we always do one and one.

It smells awesome in here now and that's a scent I look forward to every year.

I usually fry ours but tried a baconwrapped turkey at the inlaws last Christmas & just had to try it myself

You can't beat that, man. Fast and much better than baked.
