Bo Melton in the 3rd?

Is this guy fucking stupid?

It was slim pickings at WR by the time our third round pick came around. And yet passed on George Pickens in the second round. That would be my obvious solution to this. Take the Olineman in the third.

That third round pick is terrible. But there isn't a third round WR I would like. That's based on a quick glance though.

I don't think I'd be very happy with Ebiketie in the first, either.

Red flags for rising UGA DT … Walter Football is reporting that more than one team has taken rising Georgia DT Devonte Wyatt off their board as a result of character concerns stemming from several incidents of domestic violence. Wyatt was reportedly arrested for family violence in February of 2020 which led teams to find three other incidents of domestic violence in his background. Wyatt, who was a key member of the Bulldogs’ 2021 national championship defensive line had a strong combine and has been consistently mocked in the latter part of the opening round. He has also had pre-draft visits with at least a half a dozen teams including Green Bay, Kansas City, Minnesota, Philadelphia, Las Vegas and the NY Jets. Needless to say we’ll get a better idea at the end of next week about how teams feel about the issue.

I wasn't a big fan to begin with but yeah kind of sucks because there was a chance he could go before 24 with the stellar combine at his size. Now I don't think I'd touch him even in the second. We can't take a risk in the second round again. So nope, unfortunate but I'd knock him to the third on my board.

I was a little higher on him but the more I see/hear on Jordan Davis the more I wonder if he didn’t benefit from playing next to a freak.

Georgia had 4 1st round talents on the DL, another 1-2 at LB and another borderline one at safety, with a few mid-round types mixed in. Who knows who really benefitted from who?

Yeah just crazy athletes everywhere.

Who are you calling the freak?

Because that was usually JD.

Yeah I've started to look more at the later receivers in this class just because I'm concerned that guys like Dotson, Watson and Pickens could go in the first. Once they do then I'm worried about who will be left in the second, third round and beyond. I'm not banking on a Shakir or Pierce to be available in the third any longer by our pick. And they feel a bit rich for the second round even though I really like them.

The WR market is weird right now. Guys are just getting paid so much money and teams are trading such ridiculous resources to acquire them. Makes me feel like teams are going to be a bit crazy about the position in the draft.

I think there's a pretty solid chance that Pickens will be there in the 2nd, but I'd still be comfortable waiting until the 3rd and seeing what's there.
