I will say that Tech hasnt had success since so who knows???
 
 
That Tennessee situation is a mess. I just saw that Phil Fulmer "retired" today as well.

Ah well. At least Oklahoma scored a starting OT out of this mess. Their 2-year starting LT (former 5-star) announced he's transferring to Oklahoma. He'll be immediately eligible for the 2021 season. The rich get richer.
 
I haven't followed the Tennessee violations closely but I'm assuming red flags were raised when an average program with average head coaches suddenly started pulling in top 10 classes. That's the same mistake Ole Miss made.

The way they're lopping off heads this has the feel of some serious sanctions being handed down. Maybe a 3-year bowl ban and a loss of 30-40 scholarships over a 3 year period.

don’t listen to this guy. There IS a backstory, dammit!

Kent Hance, one of the greatest red raiders of all time is hated by about half of the Tech faithful and loved by the other. He was the Chancellor of Texas Tech that rightly fired Mike Leach.

If Sark can stay sober I think he can make Texas what it should have been all along. In short, my life is now worse.
