Thinking about the 80s made me do a little thinking back. Below are some things off the top of my head that were cool back then...

1. Trapper Keepers

2. Parachute pants (not all that cool looking back, but I had a pair)

3. Blue jean jackets

4. Rolled up and tightly cuffed pant legs

5. Converse shoes (all different colors, and sometimes I wore different colors on the same day)

6. Hair bands

7. Mix tapes (shit, it sucked ass when you would sit there all day waiting for that song to record and miss the first of it)

8. Speaking of music... the Walkman.

15. Phone cords on the kitchen phone that were like 150 feet long

If you are going to use ketchup on a steak, you better be using it to cover up the shoe leather texture and lack of flavor.

I have often read that sometimes people who use ketchup on steak is because they had poor cuts of meat and it was cooked well done.
