So, you're saying electric vehicles would indirectly ease traffic congestion. While true atm, our infrastructure is leaning towards making it more feasible to take your electric car more places, so that will be a moot point very soon.

Not really. We aren't going from gas to electric and keeping up with the current drive rates any time soon.
