Why the hell would Seattle run a fake draw there on 4th and 15 with the game on the line?

All that does is give the defense an extra second to get to the QB.

Because in that situation, the routes being run are more important than the play fake. If it's your 4th and 15 call, the OC obviously loves the play. Wilson had Rice open too, just too long of a throw from across the field.
