Archer: Garrett - Tony Romo not being too careful

I don't agree. The plays, especially the WR route trees have been shortened significantly.

The long downfield plays aren't there anymore and have been replaced with the shorter, sideline or middle of the field variety.

It is like we are doing this shit in reverse.

Bad OL, long developing plays.

Better OL, shorter routes and quick releases.

Just bad.

I just don't see it. The ball does not come out of Romo's hand fast enough to allow guys to make plays.

Romo has to trust Dez more...like Warner said about Boldin...when he is covered he is open.

He sure as shit trusts Witten when he's covered, these past few games it seems he's constantly throwing to Witten when he's covered up the seam.

Do you guys realize that we have been watching Romo running Garrett's offense for going on 7 years now?

And we still don't have an identity?

And I don't want to hear shit about the OL because that's solid now, especially in pass protection, nor do I want to hear a god damn thing about Callahan because he's basically just calling plays within the framework of Garrett's offense.

It's stagnant, it's time for a completely new voice in the locker room.

Yep absolutely correct. If after 7 years you haven't gotten anywhere, it's time for a change.

Someone at the Zzzzzzzzzzone posted some "all-22" vids from the chargers game, and it looks to me like there is absolutly no "spacing" with the routes run, they all seem to run to the same depth and/or area.
