A&M was probably going to win this game anyway, but Rice would still be within one score if they didn't try and get cute.

This Ross kid has been gashing them on the ground all day, but in 3rd and 1 inside Aggie territory, they try and fool'em and the game hasn't been the same since.

If Rice had a pass rush they would shut down A&'s passing game . Manzeil ll has all day and half the night to read after the snap.
 
You know what game wasn't close?

Maryland's where they dropped 40 in the first half. They still kinda suck but I'm thinking 7 wins and a bowl game would be a solid year.

They played an especially bad FIU team. I wouldn't read too much into that win.

He won't make it out of the second round the way QBs are overvalued.

I was more disturbed by how he just gave Sumlin the cold shoulder after he was getting yanked for the unsportsmanlike conduct later on.
 
I love big school games like Clemson/UGA to kick off the season.
