Why is TMZ following Jerry around in Beverly Hills?

Slow news night? Was Lindsey Lohan locked up somewhere?
 
Also, is Jerry thinking we'll win it all really news? If you know anything about Jerry you know he believes that every year whether he says it or not.

I am just tired of hearing it every year. His drunk ass could have just staggered into the vehicle and flipped off the TMZ guy or even better, just shut his yap. But he's so defiant...gosh darn it...he's gonna show 'em!

Of course every NFL media outlet will take that and run with it. Without the crazy media buildup a team can only "collapse" if it was great the year before or if it blew a huge W-L differential.

So the agenda for August and September has always been "build up the Cowboys" so the tearing down during their late season losses can be considered a "collapse".

Otherwise not making the playoffs is a non-story for an 8-8 team.
