Carl

Give us a number of days without a DCC post that'd indicate your passing. If 90 days, we'll make the announcement on the 91st day.

That would be about right...if I don't post for over 90 days, then I'm probably dead.

When I opened this thread the other night and read some of the posts, I was at a complete loss... I had no idea that we were near the same age, I always pictured him as an old salt. I've been here since 2002, came over from the ESPN boards, just before the draft. I've "known" most of you guys longer than a lot of my RL friends... it is sad that we have lost another. I would drink a Guiness in his honor, but after hearing the apparent details of his passing, I think I will offer a solemn head bow... RIP Carl.

I am thinking back that I was on the ESPN boards at the end of the Emmitt era. So that is what, 15 years?

:lol

Ah, the ESPN boards.

If only most of the peeps here could have seen me spam the very liberal political board there with professional wrestling shit. :lol

I was on the Austin 360 board...Regi, Jem..Diego...:lol

My fucking dial up would go out while trying to post.

Good times.

I started in '97 at a site Booze and a couple of others here posted at. Can't believe it's been 19 years on these forums.

Also, if I die you guys will never know it...I just won't ever show up again. No one in my family knows I'm on here, let alone my username, password, etc. I guess I'd just go quietly...

I started at The Ranch back in 2000. Moved on to Teh Zoone1!11!!1!11 back when the Quinthy/Hutch debate got too stupid at The Ranch. Followed Booze, EZ and SBK here in 2004 when CZ became Homerville.

Same here. I've been off and on here for awhile due to life and nobody here will know when my time comes.

It just sucks when you're kind of "familiar" with them for a long time, even if it's just an internet message board/forum.
