Hopefully with a center able to make the proper line calls, unlike Phil Costa who was not able to, it won't be as much of an issue for Romo reading defenses and directing the offense.

I'm not sure Costa is capable of playing guard. I mean, he's not capable of playing center either, but he might be even less capable at guard. I would think the short arms are an even bigger problem there.

I think he's perfect for the scheme and like him alot. As a Cowboys fan, the depth behind Ware on the other side is pretty scary though. Wilber? Total shot in the dark.

Maybe, but he was about the only decent bigger young DL we had on the roster. The rest are old, beat-up and undersized.

Yeah, but the point is, we need to add a starting run stuffer, a starting gap penetrator, and at least one other starting pass rushing end to this roster in the next 2 years anyway, regardless of Crawford's presence here or not.

If he pans out, he's the fourth best starter on your line anyway. If he doesn't, he's replaced by a cheap, low level FA signing.

I more or less yawn over him.

I used to care. I honestly did. But its shit like this- Goof Son burning up the lines for a DL like its a fuckin surprise we need one that makes me just laugh and root for another team.

The Jones' are clueless about putting a top quality franchise together.

Too bad I can't shove one of those giant inflatable footballs up their asses.
