I was in the doctor's office years ago and my regular GP was booked that day, so another doctor in the office had to see me. I was wearing a jacket and one of the first things she said when she came into the exam room was "Jacket off". I looked at her with a stupid grin and said, "Right here in the exam room?". It took a second for it to sink in but when it did she clearly wasn't as amused as I was. I couldn't resist though. Beavis and Butthead moment.
