Aaron Rodgers had the luxury of sitting behind Brett Favre.
He was able to sit and learn and be groomed much like Romo was where Smith was pretty much thrown to the wolves.

I could have used a number of other QBs like Steve McNair, or Steve Young - hell even Tom Brady now that I think about it - but they didn't come to mind as quickly since I'm a Dallas fan.
Still doesn't take away from my original point that Rodgers had the luxury that not many first rounders have had and that's time to sit behind a starter and be groomed by your coaching staff to take the reigns once your starter is done.
