Feh. Not sure we got a lot better honestly.

[h=1]Roddy White doubts Dez can return in '15[/h]"Me and Julio [Jones] were talking about the whole situation. ... When he heard that he broke his foot he was like, 'He's got the same injury I got.' And, you know, we had to shut [Julio] down for the whole entire year. So I just don't see him making it back this year."

At least seeing Julio bounce back so easily from this injury gives me hope. Seeing someone like Nicks who lost any explosiveness he once had had me mildly concerned.

Dez is a different cat though. I think the injury is mostly about pain. Dez has a history of playing through injuries and pain, so I'd be very surprised if he shuts it down this year. Now if their is some sort of risk by him playing I could see the team shutting him down to protect the big investment but my understanding is their shouldn't be additional risk by him playing this year.

Deion Sanders also said the road back would be tough for Dez based on his own experience with his toe injuries. He said the injuries start to move from bottom to top because you lose conditioning, can't balance impact equally between both legs, and can't practice.

"hey great insight Deion, do you also have any recommendations for what to do when the NCAA suspends me for a year!"

That shit he said made no sense and we just saw Lawrence come back from the same injury last year.

Donte Stallworth suffered the same injury and he came back in 6 weeks.

I guess it'll just depend on his both his pain tolerance and how quickly he heals. If this were T.O., I think he'd be out 4 weeks.

Deion also got our strength and conditioning coach fired because he didn't want to work out.

Plus the Falcons basically sucked without Jones, so they knew they had no chance of doing anything. Shut it down basically.

Dallas should be able to hold down the fort until Dez gets back and still be in contention for the playoffs.

@TomRock_Newsday: Add K Josh Brown to the list of those who floundered late in the Cowboys game. T Quinn says kickoff was mishit, not supposed to be a squib.

All these supposed fuck ups are going to create problems for Coughlin. Piss poor communication in multiple instances.
