Test...

I'm not complaining. It's just nuts how much we are getting all at once.

Shit....I'll complain for you then.

Fuck all this stupid rain. Spring Break, Mother's Day, and Memorial Day were all fucking ruined because of this shit.

We've had ONE nice weekend in the last 2 months.

Yeah the dumb rain broke a drought and filled reservoirs for dozens of towns and cities as well as lifted watering restrictions. The folks in California are so much better of with their situation of not having water. Etc., etc. :art

And it's also killed people too and displaced families.

Someone prayed for that rain, you heartless bastids.

Sorry but a few rainy holidays are really not a whole lot to complain about. The only real negative issue is the damage/deaths caused by the flooding, IMO. Houston is a different story I'm sure, but in the Austin area we were in desperate need of this kind of rainfall. As of May 1st Lake Travis was at a deficit of 51.5 feet. That is terrible. In the month of May the water level has risen nearly 32 feet and now the deficit is only around 20 feet. That is huge.

Personally I like the rain anyway. The summers here are hot as hell and usually pretty damn dry. I don't mind the heat, but I hate when it doesn't rain for weeks on end. I'll gladly sacrifice a few cookouts for this kind of boon considering we have been in a cycle of drought.

But flooding probably minimized police officer contacts, thus minimizing the number of police killings anyway.

It's a wash.

The only complaint is in the way it came. The 2.5 inches in 10 minutes is ridiculous. Give a gentle rain over a longer period of time and no deaths.

:lol

That one was too easy.

Recent quote from Randy Gregory:
"I live on In-N-Out, probably go to In-N-Out every day. I lived on the West Coast. I've had Whataburger. I had that about 3 o'clock in the morning one time, I think when I first came out here to visit. Wasn't too impressed. Any calories I put in is good, they don't care what it is. I probably order pizza every other night. The important thing is I'm gaining weight. That's what they wanted."

Uh, he's dead to me.
