Oh yeah another thing... if a GM no-showed for 1 of his picks, we deducted 1 point form his overall grade. If he flaked for more than 1 pick, we took 3 points away.

Our grading system is subjective and everyone uses their own criteria, but most people deduct for no shows. Feel free to do that for this mock's grades.
 
No I get that. I just like the grading to be based on just the picks (not the GM) and than the people running it would keep track of the no-shows and deduct points.
