Yeah, but the shirt is blue, so you wouldn't be able to see the blue outline if they left it that way. So, they put the extra white outline to accentuate the blue outline.
 
Another random observation: The commercials during football have been recently dominated by smartphone video games and draftkings. What's up with that?

I get that. Just a random observation as older Cowboys stuff didn't have the white outline.

They're going to need the defense to not only shut down Cam but also get a turnover or three to win
