Week 17 Gameday Chatter | Cowboys at Redskins | 12/28/2014

Me too.

I'm far more worried about the Packers than the Seahawks because of the matchups. We gotta get past Detroit first, but if we do and then somehow pull out a victory at Green Bay, we're going to the Super Bowl.

Green Bay is the single toughest matchup for Dallas in these entire playoffs, IMO.
If I was a gambling man I'd bet money on Dallas, if we made it to Green Bay. Green Bay getting stumped at home in the playoffs has become an annual tradition. Dallas is one of the best road teams of all time.

We are definitely capable. If we just play like we have the last 4 weeks, we're golden. I think Aaron Rodgers would tear this defense apart if we made it that far though

Rodgers has not been his dominating self of late. Not sure if it is his injury or what, but he has been good, not great.. Romo is the better QB right now. Not injured and on fire. Playing the best of any QB right now.

In hindsight, this is probably the most dominating regular season we've had in some time, even more so than 2007. Yea, we have one less win, but we didn't have Romo for one game, might as well not have had him for the 49ers game considering the condition he was in, and didn't really have him after he got injured in the Skins game even though he came back.

That's 3 of our 4 losses right there and the team just feels much more dominant this year than they did that season, especially as they faded a bit in December that year.

That 2007 team was a talented bunch. Built by Parcells, but taken over by Wade. 13 wins/pro-bowlers = HeHe?

This team has shown heart all season long. I attribute it to the delegation of coaching.

Garrett has been a head coach all year long. I don't recall once where he took the clipboard from Linehan, even when things weren't going well.

Relying on the running game, Romo playing his ass off, and a scrappy defense...it's like a perfect storm.

Teasing us with your potential. Maybe as a backup.....

Sounds like a Sturm term. Anyone know what production points are?

That's what I kept telling my cousin during the game yesterday. So damn much potential, just so damn inconsistent.

What does your cousin do? In some jobs those qualities are fitting.

He's the COO of a major grocery chain.

You should stop pointing out his flaws and ask to be put on the waiting list for expired meats and cheeses.

He's not as inconsistent as Carter, you misreading sonofabitch!

If you'd quit being so critical you could probably get a sweet hookup on bruised apples.

I got some outdated chips yesterday. Pretty much in your FACE.

We get the hook up on outdated chips as well.

Had some Friday night and got really fucking sick while asleep and couldn't get out of bed all day Saturday.

Don't know if it was the chips, my antibiotics for an ear infection, or the fact that the kids are the world's worst dish washers.

Would kinda be nice if we could get back Carter and Durant on cheap contracts. Then Carter takes a step forward and becomes more consistent.

Then we have a nice LB corps of Lee-McClain-Carter with backups of Durant and Hitchens who can play anywhere.

The Lawrence HEB?

:lol

Lowe's Grocery store chain. It's not nearly as big as HEB, obviously, but they have like 200 stores. He started as a sacker at a local grocery store chain and worked his way up. No degree, just years of hard work. Proud of my cuz.

Good for him.
