Week 17 Gameday Chatter | Cowboys at Redskins | 12/28/2014

Sonofabitch.....49ers get the TD but it's nullified by a chop block penalty.

Best we can hope for on this drive is the 49ers to cut the lead 1.

On a positive note, the Rams are in scoring position in Seattle and are in position to take the lead.

:lol

Thanks to an illegal contact, the 49ers got a free 1st down and now have a 1st and goal at the 3.

Rams had the ball at the 24 yard line, got a holding penalty knocking them back to the 34, then threw a pick. :doh

How does someone get picked trying to spike the ball? Shaun Hill just discovered how.

If I was a fan, I'd be livid. I assume that is how most guys felt in Dallas around 1994.

Yea pretty much I'd bet, now I hope they have the same run of shitty drafting and subpar coaches that we did

Is Frank Gore a Hall of Famer?

I don't think so either.

He's got 8 1000 yard seasons but he wasn't really a star at his peak.

49ers take the lead, but Seahawks have good field position and are in position to take the lead over the Rams.

Caldwell has never been a bright guy.

What part of a player being down while hit makes him automatically down by contact does he not understand?

That INT was ridiculous and it really hurts Dallas. The Rams could have scored there and now Seattle has great field position.

Yea, things were starting to look really good for us with San Fran taking the lead and St Louis driving, but Hill fucked it all up.

What if they didn't contact the player but instead contacted the football and knocked it out?

Not sure, but that would be a very difficult thing to do.

You'd have to specifically punch the ball out, but that would be an interesting scenario to argue if the defending player made no contact with the ball carrier's body whatsoever in the process.

Seattle with the TD to take the lead, and that seals it.

The Rams only chance was to stay ahead or at least keep things level, but there's no chance of them coming from behind on the road.
