Could be. I thought the Republic had the clones created to become their army to take over the empire. I don't remember everything about it though.

Agreed...interested to see his take on the Joker. This universe is different than the Nolan one, but still tries to stay grounded in reality. I'd really like an over the top cartoony Joker...and not such a psychotic one this time.

Okay, my understanding is the Republic had no standing army, then had the clone troopers, the emperor takes over, converts them to storm troopers, then cloning is disallowed and their ranks are filled with normal people.

Dumb and Dumber To was okay. Not great by any stretch and I would rather watch Anchorman 2 over it if given the choice. But it did have some moments of lol's.
 
Tusk is disturbing, weird and funny at times. I'd recommend it when you don't have much to do and you're in that kind of mood.

Woke up early this morning, got bored and watched...not bad.

Thankfully they have both the regular and super-sized version. Much preferred the super-sized.

Parts were better than the original. Especially Wiig as the Brickette.
 
Took the wife and daughter to see Big Hero 6 Sunday. It was pretty entertaining for an animation. I recommend it for kids older than 8 or so.

Really? I saw it and thought it was good, but not great.
 
Edge of Tomorrow was pretty damn good. Wasn't expecting it to be that good...kind of expected another disappointment like Oblivion.

I agree. If it wasn't marketed so damn poorly, I think it would have done loads better.
