I understand that. I'm just wondering if a 'thumbs up' actually means get it up higher or something like, correct read and throw so we're good to try that pass again.

Keep hearing that. He's some dynamo on third down, he's really really good and stuff.

To me, he looks like a novelty we are wasting time with.

Yeah, to his credit, he runs good routes. Doesn't mean shit if you can't do anything after catching the ball.

His longest career reception is less than 30 yards.

I don't know, but my guess is he is asking for the pass to be higher.
