Test...

You could easily jump that with a dirt bike and sheet of plywood.

~peeling out and a F you to the cops~

~steps over the top, shrugs shoulders~

Seems secure to me.

I've been eating really poorly the last few months, and it reflected in my biometric screening.

The company I work for does the health clinics for free every few months, and the only reason I did it is because I get a 500 dollar gift card if I do a bunch of health stuff. So I go to do this screening and it turns out my cholesterol is high and my triglycerides are through the roof.

In other words, I gotta cut back on beer and fried pickles for at least a month. :sad

I just did mine yesterday. Disappointed with results.

I went from from no exercise to a couple hours per week and have cut back on fast food.

10 lbs lighter, but Cholesterol stayed the same.

I have run 53.6 miles in the last 5 days. Best shape of my life. Feeling it...tracking all my shit on myfitnesspal. Weight less than I do before I went to basic training.

Damn man, you're covering some ground.

Get it all in before the snow starts falling.

Yeah...that is a concern.

I did buy some compression pants that I hope will keep me warm in the winter, but they are glorified yoga pants.

Nice work! I was in the same spot before I broke my ankle. I was running and lifting 5-6 days a week and eating right.

Right now I am in danger of looking like EZ if I don't get on it.

The climate change is going to be a pain after living in Vegas for so long. Have you gone through a winter there yet?

He can just buy a snow shovel and shovel driveways. That's a good workout.

Wait, what? When did this happen?

I'm gonna need a full report on what happened, how long you were laid up, and what you did to rehab.

Oh. And pics if you got 'em.

Yeah, I was here last winter, but we did not get much snow. I do have an elliptical in the garage, but that is just not the same as jogging. I can't wear a face shield either...fogs up my glasses.

It all started in the fall of 2012...

After living in Tampa for a while and then coming to Texas where there was a mild winter I froze. I can't imagine living in Nebraska.

Skid's broken ankle was pretty much the opposite of Misery...he flipped the script and made us prisoners.

You may have a liver that produces excessive amounts of cholesterol. Have that checked and don't wait too long. The damage from high cholesterol starts early and it can be controlled by one of several medicines. For high triglycerides there is a medicine called tricor. Take it from the voice of experience. I had a couple of heart attacks before the doctors decided there was other contributing factors besides diet.

Well, I'm completely eliminating all fast food, all sugar drinks, and all beer for a month.

I've always jogged, but now I'm ramping up the workouts to include more than just jogging.

I'm basically going to do a cleansing of the body and see if anything changes a month from now. If it does, I'll keep on this path until my numbers return to normal, then only consume those unhealthy things in moderation.

I had been going on eating horribly for about 3 months, so I knew my results wouldn't be so great, but I didn't expect them to be this bad either.

Damn....that's a lot. Props.

I jog around 12 miles a week, and I feel like I'm accomplishing something.
