Gameday Chatter Thread | Cowboys vs 49ers | 9/7/14

This is legit the worst division in football and I'm honestly having a hard time coming up with many teams who I think are locks to finish with a worse record than us.

I mean, I'm sure some combination of the Jags, Browns, Raiders, Rams and I guess Bucs will have a worse record but I'm starting to think a top 5-8 pick is very possible, if not likely.
 
Jags and Bucs are definitely better teams than us. Raiders/Browns - it would be close. Redskins are worse than us though

We could beat Tennessee and St Louis and all will be back to normal until the next roller coaster dip.

If we lose to Tennessee, though, it'll get fun around here.

Yea but I mentally blocked out the Skins since I know they aren't going QB, I guess I could say the same about the Browns, Jags and Raiders too.

Yea if we lose to Tennessee I think it could definitely start to snowball. We already have two guaranteed losses against New Orleans and Seattle in the coming weeks, then a tossup against Houston and a game against the Rams where we would be favored.

If we lose to Tennessee I'm guessing we're 2-4 at best, maybe 1-5, and from there, who knows?
 
OMG. ESPN just showed Kurt Warner's wife. She went back to the flattop, but this time Kid'n Play style.

She looked like Vanilla Ice or the guys on Color Me Badd
 
#74 took out 3 Chargers to spring that TD on the WR screen, or else that would've been stopped for a short gain.
 
Camera shows guy in the crowd. He's pointing to his Cardinals hat and his Chargers jersey. I don't get it.
 
Up by 1 pt and Cardinals get the ball near midfield with 1:49 remaining.

Wonder if they get a holding call to stop the clock.
 
Nope. They run 3 straight times and get a 1st down to go victory formation.

ESPN also allowed Trent Dilfer a free infomercial and Ray Lewis to lecture people about right and wrong.

Went to the Toronto- Texas Rangers game earlier in the summer and they sang both before the game.
