And I would file suit against them just like Leach did. Just because the courts ruled against him doesn't mean he wasn't right.
 
And, he filed suit for the bonus, not for how he was fired.

I've been wrongly accused of something before and never told anyone to F themselves.

There isn't a simple answer to that question. Leach was basically a high profile executive of an organization. As the face of the organization he needs to answer for all aspects of it. Including PR problems that come up. At the time this were blowing up on the national news and somebody had to answer. In that situation you HAVE to work with your organization whether it is blown out of proportion or not. The fact is that some wrong was done on his part. All he had to do was agree in writing to not do it again. Or negotiate. He was unwilling to do either of those things. That is undeniable. It is a huge part of his nature and what he is. He's stubborn and extremely egotistical. He basically told everyone to F off and didn't try to work through things.

So let me get this straight you would put your family and lively hood at risk for moral purposes?

Do you think you would get a comparable job or anyone would want to deal with you after making such a scene , people swallow there pride all the time when looking at the bigger picture do you want us to believe that you are so principled that any moral compromise is bigger than your livelyhood.

Come on man who do you think your fooling what skill do you have that people would overlook you suing a previous employer after showing disrespect and insubordination.:lol

You're conveniently skipping over the fact that he was told to apologize for what he didn't do. He didn't tell his boss to go F himself for wrongly accusing him. He told him to go F himself when his boss told him he would sign a letter apologizing for something he didn't do. I have no problem with that. He did the right thing.

He got a job easily after he left Tech, otherwise you have a great point.

No I'm not. The fact of the matter was that he did have some fault. What kind of a dumbass doesn't try to reach an agreement or work through problems at work? Oh wait, a stubborn one.

Leach didn't want to work with anyone about anything. Ask Leach to raise money. Nope. Ask Leach to make a PR appearance. Nope. Visit a hospital. Nope.

Let me ask you this: Why is it that in 11 years Leach didn't get one offer from another school for a job even when he was begging? The guys had the best offense in the country for most of those years. Why didn't he get ONE offer? If he was done so wrong why wasn't he awarded money? If he was so wronged why did it take two years for him to get a low lever BCS job?
 
But let's say he did absolutely nothing wrong at all like you've fantasized, iamtdg. Do you tell your boss to F off and then sue them? You won't have a job for long under those circumstances. My brain cannot possibly process any person thinking that it is going to work out positively in the situation.

Way to avoid answering the real question, would you put your lively hood at question and do you think your skills are in such a demand that you could easily get a comparable job.

I mean you were the one saying what you would do based on morals.

The truth is I LOVED Leach. when he was fired I was pissed. I learned a ton from him and tailored my coaching style after him. Dude went full retard though.
