I don't bother with this kind of display. If the song can't stand on its own without all the visual garbage then it isn't for me.

Cash had vocals? It sounds like he talks through his songs to me. For a bunch of hip hop haters, he was an OG in terms of rapping instead of singing.

If we're classifying Cash as country, then I put him at the top of my list.
 
Yes, Cash sang. Would he win The Voice today against Keegan and Sierra or whatever in the hell, probably not. But WGAS. Big River will forever be one of my favorite songs.

Cash was one of my all time favorites. Some might classify him in the rock category, but regardless he was amazing.
 
I like that this thread got kind of contentious.
