The Beatles as a collection of muscians are overrated, but still great and Harrison was a hell of a song writer. Maybe the best ever.
My Top 5 Rap Albums of all time:
1. All Eyez on Me (Tupac)
2. Life After Death (Notorious B.I.G.)
3. The Marshall Mathers LP (Eminem)
4. The Black Album (Jay-Z)
5. Doggystyle (Snoop Dog)
The Chronic just missed the cut. Also, I struggled with 3 & 4. That one was a toss up. Eminem won the coin flip.
Liquid Swords, 36 Chambers and the big compilation album they did were good. The rest were mostly feh. Ghostface Killa's album was considered great by a lot of people but I think he's garbage.
BTW, Journey comes to Houston on may the 23rd and I will be there!![]()
Didn't care for the The Black Album at all and think it is vastly overrated.
It's not even Jay's best work - that would be The Blueprint.
My list:
1. Makaveli (2Pac)
2. The Blueprint (Jay-Z)
3. Enter the 36 Chambers (Wu-Tang)
4. Liquid Swords (The Gza)
5. Diplomatic Immunity (The Diplomats)
Dude, Black Album was the shit. Why you hating?
You cannot leave off Only Built for Cuban Links when mentioning all time great Wu Tang albums.
That album sucked.
The Blueprint, Reasonable Doubt, and The Dynasty were all vastly superior to that garbage.

1. 36 Chambers
2. Illmatic
3. All Eyez on Me
4. Ready to Die
5. Liquid Swords
If I was to take this list to 10 I'd put Cuban Linx on there with Ironman just outside of the top 10.
Big, I think you're talking about Supreme Clientele which I don't like much myself, but listen to Ironman by Ghost, it's up there with the Wu Tang great solo albums.
So, rapbois, where does License to Ill by the Beasties rank on your lists?
