That has nothing to do with the fact that we'd have THREE of them. You can only play two at a time, so we'd be better suited to draft a different posiion.
If Sutton can play the 1 technique and is the BPA, I have zero problems with having three quality DTs. At that point, you are burning a third round pick on a third DT, not a first rounder (because you don't pass on Donald thinking you can get Sutton later).
That goes for any DT in that spot. Easley, or DaQuan Jones, or whoever.
It's a third round pick. We've burned 2nd rounders on TEs who REALLY don't see the field. I'll use a third all day every day on a DT that keeps our rotation fresh and is a quality player on that line.
If you don't think Sutton can do it.... different issue.
