Different guy. That was Cowboy Hank.
Yeah you are right.
Different guy. That was Cowboy Hank.
No, I'm a BI architect (thus the SQL statement in my sig).
And yes, that is what I was talking about Clay. If I was a draft pundit, was good at it and could get a job in a scouting department; then I would consider that job. Not everyone gets to say they got a SB ring (in whatever capacity).
So...you are a BI-guy? Good to know. I'd hate to get into any thorny situations with you

I smell a geek joke.
Pretty clear gay joke.
You're right. I did spell gay wrong.
I think this is what we used to call an efficiency expert.
Ummmm no! Those guys didn't know jack.
Business Intelligence is about presenting large volumes of data in a usable format. You draw your own conclusions from it.
I have been out of the business world for a while. Never ran across the term Business Intelligence. EE is the closest I could relate it to.
The problem was the EEs didn't understand the business itself. They wanted to apply a single strategy to all businesses.
So executive management started asking, how can you supply me the data where I can make sense of it.
And they Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence was born.
Fellas, enough of the sleepy world of data and info. Fascinating as it is, I think people here find it tedious in the extreme. Suffice it to say that hs makes a good living, but BI is not what you call stimulating convo .
