I thought their uniform was fine the way it was.

This thing is hideous.

I do like that they worked in the dreamsicle orange. Too bad it's worked into a cheap looking mess.

Doing a 5k this weekend you fat bastards are welcome to join.

WTF? I do 5k every morning, thought you were a big-time runner or something.

Strange, but I must have given you too much credit.

Only women brag about running a 5k.

A few years ago I started running a few 5ks a year...because my at the time 10 year old daughter wanted to challenge herself. She's 12 now and we've done several together. It has been kind of a fun bonding experience. I've also done a few 10ks but I don't love running so that's as far as I'm willing to go with it.

I was training for the Houston half marathon, but it was too much.

I got up to 9 miles and said, F it.

I'd rather piss broken glass than run.

I understand that feeling. For years when people would ask me "Do you run?", my stock answer was "Only if I'm being chased". But as I started getting older I realized it was probably a good idea to get into the habit a bit for the health benefits. I would never call myself a runner though, because that would be in insult to real runners. I'm a casual jogger and that's it.

I am currently 1.25 hours post surgery ad sedation.
