My God
Speaking of, us and the neighbors are always looking out for each other. Texting each other when one of us spots a salesmen, etc. This also applies to Jehovah's Witnesses. We just text "bible salesmen on the prowl" and we both know to jump up and shut the front door.To be fair, Mormons should be deported back to Pluto or wherever the fuck they're from.

I smoked weed with two of them when I was in college. They came to the door, we invited them in, and they smoked with us. NaHS.I just open the door, see the name tags, and slam the door in their faces. I enjoy it.
On the negative side I'll never have multiple wives at this rate.
You cannot say that either, you heartless bastard!Got DAMN she's ugly.
Au contraire. You cannot say that either, you heartless bastard!
I would take weirdo Mormons versus other demographics in a heartbeat. You can kind of fix them once all of them fall out of the faith. I got a brother-in-law, his wife and their now hippy kids that are all in various stages of deprogramming. To be fair, Mormons should be deported back to Pluto or wherever the fuck they're from.
That's how the Mennonites are here.Had some neighbors when I last lived in North Dakota that are Mormon. Probably the nicest, most generous family I have ever met. Still keep in touch with them and their kids.
Those motherfuckers can make some food. That's how the Mennonites are here.
Okey dokey.

Well, at least the ones I contacted with in Georgia.
Love me some Amish Country. Shady Maple FTWThey make a mean shoofly pie.
Of course not.The ones I've met have been really nice people.
But I don't think it would be a good world if they were in the majority.
Had to look up what you meant, I hadn't heard that. That's how the Mennonites are here.
You had never heard of Mennonites, or never heard of them being here?Had to look up what you meant, I hadn't heard that.
An older guy who worked for my dad when I was a kid was supposedly from a family of Mennonites in Kansas. He always claimed his ancestors came from Russia and brought some kind of wheat from there that was now grown all the time here. (I don't know much about wheat.) Classic super hardworking nice guy.
Well I guess I didn't read carefully, I didn't realize the part about how they were Amish-adjacent. The guy I was talking about seemed normal, just an older religious type guy but nothing too unusual. What's the Mormon angle? You had never heard of Mennonites, or never heard of them being here?
No Mormon angle. I was relaying that the good traits that NoDak talked about with the Mormons are shared by the Mennonite people.Well I guess I didn't read carefully, I didn't realize the part about how they were Amish-adjacent.
